The professional stainless steel blade with a satin sheen is extremely sharp, thanks to the manual grinding of the edge at an angle of 13 degrees and a Rockwell hardness of 55. The ergonomically shaped thermoplastic handle fits comfortably in the hand and is resistant to moisture, oils and acids. The thoughtful connection of the handle with the molded bolster of the knife creates an excellent balance between the blade and the handle. The product can be washed either by hand or in the dishwasher. It is not recommended to use alkaline and abrasive detergents.
