The VANHOPPER Carat universal knife is suitable for cutting food, peeling vegetables and fruits. You can use it to cut bread and meat pulp, and quickly crumble food for soup or salad.
The professional stainless steel blade with a satin sheen is extremely sharp, thanks to a hand-ground edge at an angle of 13 degrees and a Rockwell hardness of 55. The ergonomically shaped thermoplastic handle fits comfortably in the hand and is resistant to moisture, oils and acids. The clever connection of the handle to the knife’s molded bolster creates a perfect balance between blade and handle.
The product can be washed either by hand or in the dishwasher. It is not recommended to use alkaline and abrasive detergents.
